At WesternVastra, we take care to ensure your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Each order is packed with care and dispatched as soon as possible.
1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are dispatched within 2 working days after being placed.
- Once shipped, you will receive WhatsApp, SMS, or Email notifications with tracking details.
- Tracking remains active until the parcel is successfully delivered.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all prepaid and partial COD orders across India.
- For full Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹100 COD handling fee applies.
- This fee helps cover verification, handling, and logistics costs.
3. Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Within Surat: 1 day
- Within Gujarat & Nearby States: 4 days
- Rest of India: 7 days
Delivery time may vary slightly based on courier service and location.
4. Partial COD Orders
- For partial COD (advance booking) orders, shipping remains free.
- If a customer refuses to accept the parcel after dispatch, the advance amount will not be refunded.
- This amount covers processing, packing, and logistics expenses already incurred.
- Please ensure you accept the parcel once booked & confirmed.
5. Delivery Attempts
- The courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts.
- If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery can be arranged upon request (additional shipping charges may apply).
6. Order & Delivery Updates
We keep you informed at every step. You will receive updates when your order is:
- Confirmed
- Dispatched
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
