WesternVastra Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from WesternVastra. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Please read the policy below for clear guidance.
1. Eligibility
- You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and have the original tag attached.
- If the tag is removed or damaged, the request will not be accepted.
2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or torn.
- You must upload a photo or video clearly showing the defect when submitting your request.
- Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 3–4 working days.
- After the returned product passes inspection, your refund will be processed to:
- The original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
- Your bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders).
Refunds are initiated only after pickup and quality check are completed.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for size issues.
- You can request the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability.
- If your required size is unavailable, you may place a new order after your return is approved.
- Note: Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are normal and not considered defects.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Visit our website and open the Return/Exchange section.
- Enter your order number and upload photo/video proof (if defective).
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
